Rosie's Coffee Bar & Bakery was formerly a restaurant and bakery serving breakfast and lunch foods, made-from-scratch pastries, and custom baked goods in Monona, Wisconsin, before its successful sale in 2022.  
When COVID-19 hit, Rosie's almost went out of business. To survive the pandemic, the Rosie's team sought a website redesign to improve website navigation and flow of information, improve the online ordering and custom ordering process, increase brand awareness, and introduce nationwide shipping of baked goods, including giant cinnamon rolls, cakes, and cookies, through an e-commerce integration.
In addition to the website redesign and e-commerce setup, I developed updated brand fonts and an updated color palette to better match the style and personality of the owner and restaurant and took all new product photography to display on the website and for use throughout their marketing.
 Once the website was complete, our team executed Rosie's digital marketing strategy, social media, email marketing, and print designs, including baking instruction cards, stickers, and gift cards to support their sales and awareness goals. We also developed strategies and promotions around major holidays to boost sales and awareness locally and nationwide. 
I was responsible for the planning, strategy, design, and execution of all website, branding, photography, digital marketing, and printed design efforts.
A digital strategy was developed to announce nationwide shipping of cinnamon rolls on Facebook/Instagram. 
The Digital Strategy Included: 
• Custom-developed conversion-oriented landing page to guide new customers to make a purchase.
• Conversion tracking and page tracking to monitor page performance and track purchases associated with digital efforts.
• Copy and visual asset development with variations to undergo an ads testing process to find the best-performing assets to maximize clicks and purchases.
Within 30 Days, We Celebrated: 
• $836 in sales 
• 45,255 new people reached
• 2.29% CTR (1.20% Food & Drink Industry avg.)
• $0.40 CPC ($0.42 Food & Drink Industry avg.)
